ROSS HENRIKSEN

Ross Henriksen graduated from the Glasgow School of Art in 1991. During the 1990s he exhibited extensively in his native Scotland and occasionally in London before moving to the Continent in 1997. He has lived in the German cities of Saarbrücken, Cologne, Constance and Radolfzell, where at various stages he has worked and exhibited. He is a regular contributer to the underground Berlin-based publication 'PROLOG', both as a visual artist and as a poet/author and exhibits regularly with the collective in Berlin and at other secret locations in Germany. The artist currantly lives on the German side of the Swiss border. He is a trenchant exponent of  the human aspect in art: at a time in which he sees the arts swamped with cloned and soulless material.
